Defendant found not guilty of Felony DWI, Endangering Welfare of Child and Resisting Arrest. People v. Richardson Thomas Richardson of Greece, New York was acquited of the above charges by a Monroe County Court jury in the County's first ever case under New York's new Leandra's Law, which makes it a felony to drive while intoxicated with a minor child in the vehicle. The trial featured a rigorous cross-examination by Mr. McKain of the People's key witness, Officer Joseph Robinson of the Greece Police Department.
